    You are my biggest inspiration. I’m 16 and don’t have many friends.. I’ve been made fun of, I’ve had depression, and I used to be a lazy ass. I hit my lowest point when I stepped on the scale and found out I was 30 lbs heavier than I thought I was. I had gained so much weight in just a few months.     @mikefigomike Absolutely. I find that people who have worked hard to lose weight can relate or understand–so many others are quick to make negative comments because I’ve implemented changes in my workout & diet for life. There is nothing far fetched about being in it for the long haul!

    You’re right! People will always make judgemental comments, like if somebody doesn’t appear to be in a perfect shape, they will make comments about his/her shape, and if they’re slim, you would hear comments like, “oh she has an eating disorder, or she’s starving herself!” I often see these comments online. They’re unecessary, really. And weight loss does feel like an accomplishment. It is a like-changing style ( coming from a person who has been there)

    @chango2605 Everyone’s body is different–some ppl find that they can’t get rid of them & vice versa. Mine faded after time but I mean, they’ll always be there….

    @NancyValentino do you have stretch marks? im soooooo self conscious because I have them I am not that big though.. I weigh 125 but I weighed 130 about two weeks ago, I was 110 or 115 a year ago. If you do do you have any way of getting them to fade fast?

    omg i have watched a million of these kinda vids…yours was the only one that spoke volumes to me, made me cry too lol dam it…..ur awesome and thnx for the advice! p.s your teeth look amazing…also….can u help…i used to be thin all thru hi skool im now in early 20′s and bit overweight, my m8s always excluded me coz i was thin, and if i lose weight i dont want them to hate me again ..now that im fatt they love it and its like they thrive off it almost, any suggestions??

    @newcheveu I don’t condone a lifestyle change that’s low in carbs if you want to keep the weight off for good. I lost 100 lbs without a diet that was low in carbs–I was mindful of the amount I took in but not strict. my eBook, Embracing The Change comes out June 10th. In the book, I have a section dedicated to the type or carbs I ate then and now. I hope you will find it helpful & implement these tips in your weight loss journey. Best of luck to you!

    I just find your videos. I’ve always been 30 pounds away from my goal weight. I often lost 20 out of 30 but I can never retained the weight loss. Now I’m in a journey to loose my 20 pounds for my goal weight and keep it off for good. Do you do a low carb lifestyle? what do you think about low carbs?

    I love your personality…. Its kinda crazy to think that im at 200lbs (as you were once) and my goal is 130lbs, (as yours was too)!!You give me the courage so keep going.. I have been on my “diet” for only 3 days, i know thats not a lot, but its going really well and i hope to have results like yours some day! You really motivate me!
