    @oldgregg93 Hi, I know what you mean… My mouth starts hurting when I eat kiwi and pineapple. My advice is to stay away from the acid fruits – pineapple, kiwi specially. Also citrus fruits and tomatoes are acid fruits so if you get any allergic reactions from them then stay away. Eat lots of sweet and subacid fruits that you can get your hands on… whether it´s mango, bananas, dates, grapes, melon, papaya, fresh berries. Just make sure it´s organic and ripe. Unripe fruits are usually acidic.

    I have slight allergies to some fruits, which reacts with my eczema especially if they are quite acidic. Do you do anything to neutralise fruits natural acid?

    Freelea you have same height with me but you are so much leaner than me! I never thought one with 170cm height could ever be 52kg without being anorexia! Could you tell me how much muscle mass/bodyfat you got?

    @avittix Bodybuilders still eat TOO much fat and protein and not enough carbohydrates. That is why you will see many bodybuilders suffering from adrenal fatigue and kidney disease.     If all that former Mr. Australia had to eat was pills and no carbs then I would question how he put on enough muscle to compete. Something tells me that there’s a lot of lies going around here. Perhaps when he was dieting down to COMPETITION lean levels he started to cut some of the carbs which is understandable as you need to start cutting calories. If your proud of what you have accomplished then fine but don’t go around preaching a diet that is not for everyone and lacks balance.

    @avittix Your pictures? Videos? …thought not. You really need to educate yourself as to how much protein we need and from what sources, it sounds like you are reading out of Men’s Health Magazine. All human food is able to be eaten raw and is RELISHED by humans, eggs can be eaten raw but PUKE! Ugh. Trust me I used to date a former Mr Australia and current IFBB Pro judge, I’ve been through that life, it made me very sick and depressed due to a lack of carbs & I don’t take pills anymore.

    Eggs are not human food? Says who? You? Last time I checked they are a good source of fat, one of the best sources of protein, and yes even our body can use cholesterol. I don’t know about you but if I ever had to binge it was usually my body craving sugars. I don’t sit around and go man I’m going to binge on 20 whole eggs today. I’m also tired of hearing you say that dietary fat makes you fat. Excess calories do that. Plenty of lean bodybuilders at 3% bf eating plenty of fat everyday

    @avittix A binge means you eat something to excess. Eating any more than zero eggs (which is not a human food) is unhealthy therefore I now consider it a binge. However in this I’m talking about eating upwards of 3 eggs a day, just so unhealthy, balls of cholesterol. Are you off bodybuilding {dot}com? I used to follow a similar program to you and was always fluctuating with my weight. How old are you? Can you show me your latest pics & videos thanks.Oh thats right you are faceless

    Who binges on eggs and how does one binge on eggs? I eat at least 6 whole eggs each day with about another 4-5 egg whites and beef for lunch everyday. I get plenty of fats in my diet and yet I still stay lean. I also eat plenty of fruit and also have several cups a day of rice as my carb sources.. and yet I stay lean and eat more than just pills like this kook thinks anyone whos not vegan does. It’s about having a well balanced diet. Please do not listen to these clowns they look awful to.

    @jaredanson123 I don’t have a discount body, I make it happen. I shop at wholesalers, in bargain bins, forage off trees, depending where I am, I live with the owner of the local organic shop. If you want health BAD ENOUGH you will find a way to make it happen.

    @SamuelinDetroit There’s enough sugars in most vegetables to kickstart a metabolic process which allows your body to utilize the sugar to free extra energy from ur fat deposits. So if you eat little sugar but enough fat and other proteins to get your caloric intake you won’t suffer too much from lack of sugar in ur blood. That will however happen if your somebody that actualy has to do alot of manual labour. That will burn through ur sugar like crazy, better eat an apple or banana then.

    Been raw not quite a month but mainly due to a juice feast. Orginially I wasn’t planning to stay raw after my 30 day juice fast but now I am really considering it. I’ll have to read the 80/10/10 book.

    I am a bit confused about how you wouldn’t have blood sugar issue but your living proof. I really need to investigate more.
