i have a small cookie everyday for 5/7 days a week. but eat a piece of fruit or yogart for lunch, then a another piece of fruit or bowl of just right cereal when i get home. then a small – medium meal for dinner. 1 litre of water a day. max one can of fizzy drink a week if that. is that ok? or bad if you want to lose 15 – 20 pounds. in 5/6 months. thanks :) currently 5’2 135 pounds.

One question though: on this cheat day, is the only difference that I’m allowed to eat sweets but the other meals stay the same or can I just in general eat what I want ?
