    I got this book about 6 weeks ago. I have already lost 16 pounds doing nothig else but using this book and tracking portions and how much I eat! This is a very helpful tool. The pages are easy to use to record foods you have eaten. It also has nice little quotes on each page to inspire you. Some are cheesie but a few make you go ohhhh wow, yeah. I also like that there are many pages in the front that give you a list of common foods and common restaurant foods and the calories in each. However, there are many very very common foods like green beans, that are not listed. That frustrated me a bit but I’m glad they give you a blank page to list your own so I can just look them up on the net and fill in what I eat the most often. Anyway, if you want to loose a little weight and can be disciplined to write everything down, this will help you so much,
